Very disappointed
Will not respond to warranty request or refund/replacement for faulty product No amount of adjusting gets the wheel to run straight. It either pulls left or right but can not run straight.

Perfekte Ergänzung!
Wir haben uns das Joggerrad als Ergänzung zu unserem Thule Cross 1 zugelegt. Das Rad ist innerhalb von 3min am Cross angebracht und erfordert weder Werkzeug noch handwerkliche Hochbegabung. Die Anleitung ist kurz, bebildert und absolut verständlich und so meiner Meinung nach optimal! Natürlich lässt sich mit dem Rad nicht mehr lenken, das sollte jedem klar sein, da es nunmal nicht schwenkbar ist. Aber der Cross lässt sich beim Spazieren gehen leicht durch kippen am Griff minimal vorne anheben und so kann man nach links und rechts lenken. Ob dies beim Joggen so praktikablen ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Wir nutzen unseren Cross so für Wald- und Feldwege. Das Rad bietet hier deutlich mehr Fahrkomfort und Mini wird nicht ganz so durchgerüttelt!

This item should automatically come with chariot
We were shocked when we found out our chariot didn’t automatically come with this jogging wheel. I’m happy with the wheel, but 1000% would not buy the chariot, there is no reason an item that cost $900 should not come with this wheel to begin with.
