No not this one, but their are other's that will convert a 20pounder from Amazon.

Will this connect to my jet boil?

Yes it will but you need some way to support the jet boil

Can someone measure the inside diameter on the EN-417 valve side?

I'm .not near that product at the current moment but all my stuff is standard issue & assembles with no trouble. I can't recall if both sides are right or left hand thread but I'd guess that's standard too.

what is a lindal valve?

It allows you to use a regular propane tank with devices meant for the smaller Propane/Butane mix tanks. It does come in handy when you can't find the Propane/Butane tanks anywhere.
