How many blank name plates come with the clock and how do you place the name of a location upon the blank?

The clock comes with 35 different countries (the plates are already inscribed with the name of the country). The plates are magnetic and you just need to set the time for each country selected.

I don't think it connects to the internet at all. I bought it as a gift. You put in the batteries and manually set the clocks. Analog not digital.
