On Amazon there is also a 17 oz bottle, perhaps another seller but the label doesn't say "blend". Also, how long does this last after opened? Thanks

Sorry to say I don't know about the "other seller" question. I have only ever used the one that is pictured. However, I can tell you that you are supposed to refrigerate this product after opening. If you use it as instructed, the bottle will last about a week. (Sometimes longer, if you only use one dose per day.) I haven't ever had a problem with it going bad.
