The BEST aftershave I've ever used. When people ask me what "my" aftershave is for gifts etc, it's this.
Well, I'm throwing my colognes away and declaring this as MY aftershave. I have a full-set beard, but I use a safety razor to keep my neck clean. However, I have very sensitive skin on my neck and it's really rare that I have a shave without any irritation and at least once a week, I end up going into work with a few red patches even when I used Nivea post-shave balm (it was far worse when I used cartridge razors). This has changed all of that! After splashing my neck with cold water, I put a splash of this on and feel a slight tingle and an almost immediate tightening of my skin as this tones it all up. The menthol adds to this tingle and gives it a really nice yet subtle scent. A good aftershave is a really important step in a man's shaving routine - it closes up the pores and acts as a subtle antiseptic. It's not about smelling like a brothel. The smell is "classic" - very fresh, clean, and invigorating but not powerful enough to make anyone sharing a lift with you cough. I'm of the school of thought that an aftershave should entice someone to get closer to you, not make their eyes water. Even though this is even more subtle than all aftershaves that I've used in the past, I prefer it. The smell doesn't last all day, but it just makes me feel "clean", which DOES last all day. Also, it's unbelievably cheap! HIGHLY recommended - I'm certainly always going to have a bottle of this in my bathroom cabinet.
