You want to open the luggage first by setting the combination to 000 2. Then slide the TSA button towards the Red dot to open it and pop out the zipper pulls 3. Then there is a little silver hole in between the zipper pulls & the 000 combination 4. With a pen, pencil or paper clip or something pointed; press firmly on the silver hole button until you hear a click. Keep the pen, pencil or paper clip pressed down 4. As you hold down the pen, pencil or paper clip; change the number from 000 to a new number you are comfortable with 5. After you confirm your new number you are going to let go of the pen, pencil or paper clip and slide the TSA button back to the original position. At anytime you don't remember the code or the lock doesn't respond then we can't open it over the phone and you will have to use one of our repair centers to help you. You can also contact us direct at 1-800-558-3344 to help you. **Q: Inside of the bag is a short loop (about 2 in.). It's behind the mesh-sided divider and has a clamp thingie. Does anyone know its purpose?** A: Hang your hanger clothes on the Loop, and fold inside that section, and strap in. When you arrive at your location, simply remove from the bag, and hang in the closet. No more need for garment bags. I don’t know why all luggage makers don’t put them in their bags. **Q: Received the suit case but it's locked don't know the code** A: Go to delsey.com to find out how to set your unique code. In the meantime, to open the case, set the tumblers to 0000. Slide the little latches on either side of the handle away from the midline. This releases the lock and allows the case to be opened. Delsey really should include instructions at shipping! **Q: Has anyone tried traveling with this as a carry-on internationally (specifically American Airlines or Finnair)?** A: Yes. Traveled to Rome 2018 with the 22 inch via AA with no problem. It fit in the test box in the airport and in the overhead. I do plan to purchase the 21” as for my husband. Love this luggage...have never seen anyone else with the style.
