A: I agree that the pork and poultry rub has changed.  It is much spicier than in the past and in my opinion not as flavorful and good.

A: Fantastic on catfish!  I mixe mine with a little water and let it marinate a bit.  Then while cooking I sprinkle more on.  Enjoy.
