The Techef Eggcelente Pan is Eggcelent and I have tried many uses with this pan other than eggs. One of the things that I love about Techef in general is the non stick and ease of cleaning their pans. Even cooking sticky food or accidentally burning something it comes out with ease and the same holds true for this Eggcelente pan. I sprayed one hole and left one unsprayed when cooking eggs and pancakes (see another use) both slid really easily around and flipped with ease. For flipping I used one of my rubber cup like spatulas as I thought it would be easier to flip due to the cups shape, which is actually pretty deep. Each cup can easily fit a whole large egg with out a problem. The extra surface around the cups is nice to assist with flipping and I didn't have any fear of flipping either out of the pan. The Eggcelente pan heated evenly and quickly. I can see using this pan for more applications than I have already tried such as for making breakfast sandwiches, those cups would fit a sausage patty nicely; without spreading the grease every where. Toast and English muffin with no problem either. I really liked that I could do a whole breakfast with only one pan. One cup was used to scramble eggs, another for a sunny side up egg, and then the other two I used to do pancakes, one of my children doesn't like eggs. I was able to make three people happy with one pan and in the same amount of time. Major plus. I would highly recommend this pan. I wish I had remembered to get a picture of what I had previously described with cooking the eggs and pancakes but I did remember for doing two eggs. The kids changed their mind at the last minute so sunny side up went to 'scrambled' haha.

I am so excited about this pan. You can feel the quality in the sturdiness of the pan . The handle is a brushed stainless steel, attached to the pan with rivets, and it has a beautiful mauve finish. I made this southwestern English muffin, to test my beautiful pan out. It not only has beauty it was made with brains. It has a very non-stick surface and I had no problem flipping or moving the eggs. The heat conduction was wonderful heat reached all the areas of the pan (impressed). The size of the cups were a perfect fit for the muffin, and the edges between the cups were adequate for any overflow. It has a very well though out construction. I am excited at the thought of all the possible uses of this pan. It would be great for hamburgers. You could put them on Portabella Mushrooms that you could cook all in the same pan. You could cook Pancakes and put the eggs and ham on them, all cooked in the same pan. No more cleaning up more than one pan (yeah, I hate dishes). It would also be great for portion control of small cakes, cookies,or homemade English muffins. I could cook vegetables, sausage and dippy eggs all in one pan. I have not even begun to think of all the ways I can use it because it is also oven safe. I am so impressed with the quality and thought that went into this pan, and all for a wonderful price, I am amazed. Thank you Techef for your wonderful products.

TECHEF products have the best teflon coating I have experienced and that alone keeps me coming back for more of their products. This pan is a bit more specialized than TECHEF's typical products but if it meets your needs it can be extremely handy. I've made burgers (veggie or low fat work best since there is no drainage), individual sautéed portions, pancakes, and eggs in this pan in the weekend I have owned it and it has met or exceeded all expectations (I'm still thinking of unique tasks or dishes to use this pan for). Heat distribution is very even and cleanup is simple by hand or by dishwasher.While this pan is specialized, I highly encourage readers of this review to evaluate TECHEF's products. Start with something small (like the 8" pan) and I am confident that you will be impressed. I am well experienced with typical consumer grade kitchenware up to the higher end triple clad items and I keep coming back to TECHEF's perfect balance of price and function (form too, quite honestly). I am hopeful that they will eventually expand to a full line of bakeware in the future, but will continue expanding my pan selection until then.I am a repeat TECHEF customer because their products are some of the best cookware you will find on Amazon at an unbeatable price. I hope my honest review helps you to decide if this pan and their products are right for you.

If you like the MickMuffin Egg with Sausage type sandwich you need to purchase this pan! I cannot say how much I love this guy! I put out breakfast sandwiches that are BETTER than the golden arch fast food place! And cleanup is incredibly easy, a bit of dish soap, some hot water and a two-sided sponge and Bob is your close family relative! The only minor knocks on this item are 1- NO LID OFFERED BY TeChef. Because this is an off-sized pan, other lids from other pots do NOT fit. i purchased the 12" TeChef glass lid hoping it would fit but that lid is just a LITTLE too large and hangs over the edge of the pan resulting in condensation (water) dripping onto the stove top. But this pan is a HUGE win for your kitchen, I fry sausage in two of the indents and fry eggs in the other two. I don't even need to use cooking spray to fry eggs, the teflon is THAT good! I purchased a silicon kitchen utensil set from Amazon which I use to flip the eggs over during cooking. Highest possible recommendation you will LOVE this pan! I sure do!
