Mine is very thick and I am wondering if it is old product?** A: It is thick. Use a very small amount & apply w finger so the warmth will melt it into the skin. It’s not my choice of concealer as it settles in the fine lines of my mature under eye. It was too late to return when I finally figured this out. I prefer Lancôme concealer for dry under eye. Works magically! **Q: After applying I see a lot of creases! What am I doing wrong?** A: Use the tiniest amount. Dab your finger on the wand then pat gently. That’s how I get my best results. It still settles some in the creases. Also use a primer underneath. **Q: is this the full size one?** A: Yes it is.,. **Q: Is this product really cruelty free?
