In my honest opinion, Boss Audio products are excellent and I have NEVER had an issue with ANY Boss Audio component that I've purchased. If you're looking to upgrade a factory stereo or if you're wanting to disturb your neighbors (lol) then Boss can do it, and at a price that's very reasonable. I have just installed a new system in my Silverado. It starts with the Boss Head Unit- 508UAB , then the Boss 7 band Equalizer -AVA1210. The Boss PF1800 Amp powers my Boss NX654 door speakers and my Boss P69.4C rear speakers. I have the Boss PT1000 Amp driving my 2 Boss SLR8 Dual voice coil subs. This system sounds PHENOMENAL in my truck !!! It's crystal clear at ANY volume and it puts me in the " Front Row of the concert " so to speak ! My advise is this : Regardless of what Boss System you might purchase, always use the thickest gauge wire possible for the entire system, make sure you have a VERY GOOD GROUND and follow the wiring diagrams provided with your components. I have ZERO engine noise and a system that is nothing short of AWESOME ! I highly recommend any and all Boss Audio products to everyone. From a basic system to a competition system you're going to love it and it won't cost you a fortune !
