It performed perfectly, and produced an excellent bake. No spillage too so saves you on cleaning messy oily or buttery spills usually associated with other baking pans.

It's a good quality springform pan, easy to work with and clean.

The best Springform pan
I have used several other makes and not been satisfied with the oozing batter and the clean up that goes after baking. I rate the Kaiser as the very best. It is expensive no doubt but I say it is good investment. Go get it!
