I specifically ordered this item to be given as a gift, but the tin arrived with dented lid which made item look shabby. Totally disappointing.

I opened the cream it was half empty and looked like it had been used

Not as advertised
Product description stated 350ml body balm, with wash bag, hence I ordered it. Product was smaller (50ml) and no wash bag. This smaller product is available cheaper. Too close to Christmas now to rectify the issue.
