I got the 2 hot beverage version. It's perfect. Runs with absolutely no issues so far. Very easy to clean.

It's okay. If you're used to a better espresso machine like a Breville Barista express or other, don't bother with this. Of course, the better alternatives are more expensive. The crema that this noisy, plastic clad machine produces is average and taste of coffee is also average. I thought that this was going to be a steal based on the price and the number of reviews, but I was sadly mistaken. I'll keep trying as maybe it just needs the right setting for the coffee to come out just right.

Pros: 1- very well designed and elegant. 2- coffee taste is very good. 3- grinder is excellent and could be tuned to determine grind softness. 4- compare to other machines, it saves lot of coffee beans, it grinds not much per shot. 5- ability to make coffee from coffee powder, it’s not limited to only coffee beans. 6- ability to control cup size and amount of coffee 7- easy to clean. 8- water tank is easy to be taken aside and refilled. 9- self cleaning is automatic and working great, giving you fresh and aromatic taste each use. 10- ability to select single or double shot. 11- ability to select 1 or 2 cups of espresso. 12- coffee beans tank has good sealing ———— Cons: 1- it doesn’t alert when it does self cleaning, it does self cleaning twice, one once it’s powered on, and once it’s powered off, you need to get used to this, or it will fill your cup with cleaning water. 2- milk Frothing is not working ok, even the steam looks ok, but the resulted milk froth is not good at all. 3- touch sensitivity of the buttons is not up to the expectations. 4- coffee beans tank is so flat, making the process hard so you would drop coffee beans around during filling, add to that its capacity is small compared to other machines in the same price range.

I bought this machine hoping that I can drink coffee that is delicious and tasty , and this machine was on spot , despite its loudness but it delivers a great cup of coffee. Recommended for sure , also the price is reasonable for such a small coffee machine The only problem is the cleaning of the brewing chamber, it’s a messy process that requires a lot of work and time to get it done properly.

Good high quality machine, been using it for over a year and a half and works smoothly, you must take care of its cleanliness and maintenance to keep it working properly. Recommended! The most good practice for me is that the double shot coffee is really double! It prepares two separate shots

Very surprising how good this bean to cup machine is. It makes good coffee, not too noisy and easy to use. Not going back to coffee pods anymore

Its great addition in any home, Very easy to clean, Just follow the first instructions and you are good to go, The milk frother could be better but its also getting the job done

The design is excellent, eveything can be accessed from the front, including the water tank and coffee grounds container, which makes it very convenient. The bean hopper is located on top, and unlike many other machines, you don’t need to reach around the sides to refill water or empty the waste, which saves a lot of space around it. Compared to my previous machine (which wasn't a Philips), this one is noticeably louder and produces a milder coffee flavor. To get the same rich taste I was used to, I now have to use darker roast beans.
