A Must Have Resource for Today's Competitive Print Environment
An excellent resource for all printers and all print processes. Organization of press workspaces, changeover tools, operating logs, and even sweeping are all too often set aside for a later date. Running an efficient pressroom with quick changeover times reduce costs, improve throughput, and leverage existing resources. This book contains the tools to accomplish these projects and empowers the reader(s) to think creatively about their operation. If correctly implemented, this book has the ability to save tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars lost due to downtime.
