Yes they are standard liters, regular shampoos and conditioners come in 8, 10 or 16 ounces so it's over the amount of two 16 ounce bottles by 1.8 ounces.

Is this shampoo sulfate free? Because I read no added sulfates...

I do not see sulfates listed in the ingredients. I like this shampoo.
