Products and service exceptional
Products are exceptional but service was even better. The filters fit perfectly yet I didnโt know exactly where to install the HEPA filter. Their support team was very quick to reply and educated me on the location and process to install. So grateful for their support and education. Definitely will buy all replacements from them again.

Sweeper filter
Fit perfect. FIL didnโt even know it had a filter. Boy was the old one a mess. This new one made a huge difference

Both Filters Now Fit
Looks like in the past the blue filter did not fit and was too large. They have fixed this problem. This is the hepa filter. Some reviews say that it is not a real hepa filter. They have also fixed this problem. The blue hepa filter feels and looks sturdy and real. My only complaint is that I had to find a video to explain where the second filter was, and how to open the location. On the old original Dyson Animal vacuum the location needs to be pried open with tools, and it is tricky. Best to have someone who is handy do this part if you are not talented at "fix it" stuff. Most important is that all the parts fit exactly. The black foam insulation was easy to stick on. Replacing these filters made the vacuum run a lot better.

Fit a Dyson DC14 Animal upright vacuum
Bought to replace the filters in an old dyson DC14 Animal. They are a perfect match for the ones they replaced, and the machine is working happily again.

Check your model is listed
The yellow (post motor) filter fit perfectly. The seals attached but there was a gap...and I didn't know where that gap should be. The purple (pre motor) filter did not fit my DC07, which I'm sure was listed in the devices it should fit... The device now works like new with the above plus another pre motor filter I ordered separately.
