Wow it really made a difference!
Baking my cakes are like a hit or miss thing, sometimes they dome up, sometimes they are flat, sometimes they crack in the middle or sometimes they are flat like a plain field. Then I saw a baker in Youtube recommended this as a "secret" tool for bakers and it works wonder! I already tried this on several cakes and they always ends up flat at the top and the sides are evenly colored (not brown all over)! It will take a while to get use on how to insert and cinch it up (I am still getting used to it) but worth the effort. Super recommended.
