you can get the same in EU for half, and you saying no taxes in ae, yes no taxes but prices are hiked

Filter advertised as new but product shows it as used
Always like to keep a stock of one extra filter so i dont have to worry about interruptions. Upon installing it, the blueair filter lit up red and the application stated it has already been used up.

Seems genuine, but direction of air flow seems incorrect
Direction of air flow arrow is incorrect as it directs you to put the carbon filter ahead of the particle filter. This does not make sense and is inconsistent with the BlueAir video. Not sure why a genuine filter replacement would have this error...
