So far so great! I started taking 50mg daily,, but noticed no flush. I increased until I felt a flush at 200mg. Seems fine. Just got it last week and have been taking most days. Take it at night. I accidentally took it in the morning on an empty stomach this am and the tingling and burning through my body was terrible. Lasted 45 minutes. But when I take at night no side effects. So I'll never take without food in my stomach again. Hopefully it helps flush things out.
