Broken peice
We received broken peice and they don't have return policy. Which is strange 😦. We have bought that for our pet to travel internationally but when we received it was broken and there was no option to change it.

ほかのクレートは窓の金属柵を噛み壊してしまったりしてましたが、このバリケンネルは歯を立てるところがないのでとても良いです。上底と下底がやや狭まってる形なので中で動くと少しガタガタ言いますが、倒れるほどではありません。

Der Hund fühlt sich drin sehr wohl. Die Box ist sehr stabil, riecht nicht, verrutscht nicht während der Fahrt und lässt sich einhändig öffnen und schließen. Manko: weder Griff noch Gurt zum Tragen vorhanden, es musste nachträglich von mir angebracht werden. Am Thema vorbei: Die Box wurde sehr verdreckt geliefert !! (wohl sehr lange ungeschützt gelagert worden)

29キロ細身背高い雑種犬に MLサイズを買った 丁度良いサイズで組み立ても簡単でした。軽いし役に立っています。ミニバン（シエンタ）荷物置き場には収るのですが出入口が塞がれるので後部座席の片方を倒して出入りを楽にしてます

I was worried it would arrive scratched or broken due to the carrier but it was in perfect conditions! Super easy to build. As of now I’m using the bottom part as bed base so my dog will get used to it for trips. The plastic looks really resistant and comes with a 1 year warranty sheet. Very satisfied! :)
