I got one bulb in my box, it was wrapped in bubble wrap though and the box though small was well made.

Quick question: I am looking to replace an OSRAM 12 V 35W bulb but I need a lower wattage. In your opinion, would the 12V 20W bulb fit/work?

Just to clarify, if you desire a lower wattage bulb a 20W bulb will work fine, simply ensure that the voltage is the same and the pins fit and you will be good. The bulb limits the current it draws automatically, a 20 watt bulb only draws that much power.
