I changed my earlier review which was bad .. dogs in my basement climbed over my Hyryder and the new car had claw marks on the hood .. did not reach paint, just the clear coat on top thankfully I had the cover on .. I tried using this and it removed the superficial claw marks .. tried it also on a paint chip after my trip to Agra. It removes black or white coating over paint / skid marks just fine. I tried over swirl marks .. didn’t work, but I’ll try again once more .. works well on top coat damage, doesn’t work in case there is paint damage underneath. How do I get rid of the hazing?** A: Black paint is very difficult to work with and rub out with out leaving angel hair scratches. I would suggest re applying the Scratch X using a damp cloth. Then next apply a liberal coat of Meguiars Ultimate Liquid wax. May take several coats to eliminate the angel hair & hazing.
