I have been using the normal Logitech g502 for almost 5 years and a half and before few days the right click stopped working few times and I thought the mouse is almost dying and I need to buy a new one, I couldn't find the normal one, so I decided to buy hero version 25k sensor, first imprison is that the mouse cable is bad from looking that I know these types of cable can be destroyed fast, the mouse feels lighter, and so sensitive. I don't know if the problem is from me or the mouse but I feel the mouse is skipping some pixels. I also noticed the scroll is lighter and spin a lot (I don't mind that ) but the sound is annoying. I will give it a shot for a few days to see if it's really good and if I can handle it or no

Excellent performance

The product is really good, however, the unit sent was an open piece. It had scratch marks, finger prints and the rubber pad at the base was coming off.

Very nice mouse. Like the extra buttons. Took a day or so to get use to the location, but fine now.

I've been using mice for the better part of three decades. From the bleeding edge 2001 Intellimouse to the cheap you-really-need-a-mouse-right-now 5$ mouse made in parts unknown you grab at your local corner store. Of course, I haven't tried every mouse in the market. That's be insane and I'm not quite there yet. Still, I cannot help but recommend this mouse whenever someone I know is in the market for a new device. It feels nice in the hand, the weights you can add or remove are really helping here, especially if you have rather large hands like I do. The many added buttons don't feel out of place, all easy to reach. The GHub program, although it gets lots of heat depending on the current version, still does the work really well. Making it easy to customize the mouse to your liking, whether it be DPI settings to adding macros. My favorite part of the mouse is purely mechanical. It's the little button under the wheel that switches it from smooth perpetual roll to a more crispy, clanky one. I've had this mouse for three years now and it still works perfectly. The rubbery parts are starting to show wear and tear, but it has no impact on the functionality of the thing. No matter if you're a gamer, work with your PC or just a casual computer user, don't stay on the fence if you need a new mouse. This is the one.

Logitech G502 Hero – 2 Weeks In After two weeks of daily use for CIVIL DESIGN USING REVIT & also for Excel and Pdfs, the G502 Hero has genuinely impressed me. - SIZE: Comfortable for almost any hand size — tested by multiple members of my family. - COMFORT: Outstanding. Easily one of the most comfortable mice I've used. - BEST FEATURE: The infinity scroll wheel. The feel, functionality, and convenience are on another level. - THUMB REST: Well-designed and comfortable. - ONLY MINOR DRAWBACK: No dedicated support for the pinky and ring finger. Not a deal-breaker by any means. - RGB: Nothing flashy or eye-catching. This isn't a showpiece mouse — it's built to get the job done. - PROGRAMMABLE BUTTONS: Excellent and highly useful. - WEIGHT: Feels just right; neither too light nor too heavy. - CABLE: Very long, good quality but not braided - needs good care - best suggestion is to get a case for the mouse. Searching for a good one. For LONG DESIGN SESSIONS in REVIT, this mouse is exceptional. I've used numerous mice over the years, and very few have felt this comfortable. The only comparable experience I had was with the ANT Esports GM333, but its durability was disappointing, with issues appearing within a few months. I'm hoping the G502 Hero proves to be far more reliable. Final Verdict: 9.9/10 A near-perfect productivity mouse that prioritizes comfort, functionality, and practicality over flashy aesthetics.

I bought this mouse for my son, and it’s been a huge hit! He says it fits perfectly in his hand and is really comfortable, even during long gaming sessions. His favorite feature is the adjustable weights that come with it because he can customize the feel to exactly how he likes it.
