I have found that while taking these I can see the difference in my body's recovery time and I can tell it has helped with my muscles. I can also say that I've been supplementing with them through the last few months and everything is going well. I also eat well, work out hard, and use other vitamins and supplements. Good product it helps with soreness just enough so that next day you can still do a workout / lift weights with a reduced amount of soreness and fatigue I typically take the product midway through and it works pretty dang well the taste is little to no taste it provides a slight boost of energy as well as it’s consistent working if you take it on a daily basis definitely a great value for money and if you take other products and mix it in , it hardly makes a difference
