Though this came disassembled due to shipping I put it back and it worked wonders. My plants from seed started growing within 5 days.. I switch it on at 8am and off by 6pm. Worked wonders... Nice product!

Light is blue and red not full spectrum. Also the quality of the product overall is very poor.
