Amazon is one of the best places to buy vitamins, the variety is huge and you don't have to drive, which is a boon for those of us in small towns. As with every site you have to know your prices. This was a great deal and the product is fine. Pleased.

They say magnesium oxide is the worst absorbed form of magnesium, but you gotta use many types of magnesium to ensure results. I used citrate, chelated mag, liquid mag, and body spray... and together they got rid of my night time foot and calf cramps, as well as intermittent heart palpitations. As with any supplement, use it until you can change your diet, then get off the supplements (because supplements are NEVER whole food like in nature, no matter what the manufacturer says). These supplements are usually very expensive (in dollars these supplements are about half the price!)... but I only buy supplements that I knew from the U.S. so had to pay extra.
