Absolutely 3rd grade quality product. Damaged deliveries are being made and they do not have return policy so don’t even attempt to buy it. Amazon customer services are of absolutely no help either. Save your money and buy from shops physically.

First of all, after placing the order l could not track the order for 3-4 days. Second the product does not meet the price. Simple metal frame with slight skew in the shape, the top in one had marks. The cost seems on the higher side. The finishing has issues. Peeled paint on the frame, screw not screwed well in place, chipped mica under frame, overlapping beeding finish. Look at the pictures attached.

I ordered this bar stool for my bar area behind the counter. So my requirement was quite simple. It just needs to be tall enough, sturdy but with small footprint. So I bought this barstool, which was basically made of steel and plywood. It is a bit shorter than regular barstools (71 vs. 81 cm). The first time it arrived completely damaged. Since the item can't be returned, I submitted for a replacement and the 2nd one seems to be okay. The workmanship is like someone who is bad at the job or who hates the job. Its sturdy, but the finishing is so poor. The design and finishing won't win any awards, but the thing is under 2,000 rupees and it worked for me in the end. I might add a cushion so that sitting on this is somewhat tolerable. See the before and after pictures. Its so weird that this furniture has so many bad reviews and they are all about poor finishing and damaged seating. Why would they keep doing the same thing, perhaps they need to take a good deep look at their business practices.
