Yes! You can use it for highlighting and to set the under eye concealer. Its a most have brush!

Can I use this to blend my eyeshadow?

It might be a little too big for that... The RT concealer brush, however (also available on this page), works great for blending eyeshadow! That's what I use it for, every day!

Can this item be used to blend my liquid under eye concealer?

Yes. Synthetic brushes are great with liquid and creams since they won’t absorb product like a natural would. Makeup has no rules and just because a brush is sold as one thing doesn’t mean it can’t be used as something else. :) I use one for cream blushes and another for my liquid bronzer. I found the concealer brush left streaks where this blends perfectly. Since this is 3.99 I plan on ordering a bunch more for specific products and jobs. :)
