Great!
Small and transparent patches that seem to work great. Easy to use and once you stick the patch on your arm it won't come off at all. No skin irritation nor undesirable side effects experienced. Good value for money, but of course I wish they were a little bit cheaper.

They do work but….
Ok so I’ve stopped vaping 20th June 2023 I’ve managed to do this by using these patches and sucking candy lolly’s Pros: Helps with cravings Cheaper than vapes Easy to apply Delivered to door Hardly any side affect ie headaches sleep disturbances Cons: They leave a very itchy red mark which lasts for days I used hydrocortisone cream to help. They don’t stick very well so I have to apply medical tape (I am a hairy and sweaty person so that maybe why) I would recommend but not for people with sensitive skin.

Works well so far, day 2 and no sign of wanting to smoke BUt they are too ridgid and don't stick at all even if you use alchol wipe tbefore putting them on. I'm using clear plasters today to keep my 2nd one of today on

Has this given me back my life?!
Absolutely! Now don't get me wrong it has its pros and cons but this tiny adhesive sticker has given me my life back. I quit smoking, went on to vaping for 3 years and have now quit. Tried quitting several times and it never worked. Said enough is enough and bought these. Now, they aren't perfect. When I first apply them, my skin itches immensely. Theres a burn/tingle sensation but its really not too bad. It does leave a red mark after you remove it for a couple of days but these are things I can live with. THE WORST, and i mean THE WORSTTTTTTT side effect are the vivid dreams. I kid you not, these things stopped me from having a good night sleep for 3 DAYS before i realised what was causing them. BUT, i take my patch off atleast an hour before bed and i sleep like a baby but my word those were the worst 3 days of my life. Despite all this, Im not inhaling tobacco or flavoured batteries into my lungs anymore and I can last a flight of stairs without dying to get my breathe back so i will happily have a bit of itchiness and red skin for that!!!!!!!!!!
