It does. Very nice to hold and moving on and backwards in presentation 'slides' works a treat. The red pointer light is excellent too. Be warned the ergonomic shaping makes it slightly prone to sliding off a table as happened me. Fortunately the two halves clicked back together after dislodged inners reposition. Back together in a few moments it was great to use. There is no software to install and the usb stick is stored in the pointer while not in use.
