I love that I am able to fit all my multivitamins and medications into each compartment AND set up a month's supply in one sitting. There's no compromise for compartment sizing with this 31 day supply. Pros: All compartments on this tray were easy to read. There are 31 days printed and 1 storage space after day 31. The compartments are removable in sets of 4 from the tray. All compartments latch securely. Cons: Compartments can be hard to open because of the spacing between each. You almost have to pull the set of 4 out to open them. Compartments pull out of the tray when opening them individually. Overall, I am really pleased with this product. I wanted something that didn't take up a large amount of space but also had single day compartments large enough to hold my 6 large multivitamins/supplements and still have room to spare for my regular medications. It honestly does not take up much more room than a AM/PM two week supply organizer. I ordered the fuchsia and the color is vibrant and eye catching. I do struggle with opening the compartments in the center of the tray. You need to pull the set of 4 out partially to be able to grip the lid of the compartment. It's just a small inconvenience that I am more than willing to put up with since the compartments close securely without popping open and with having the ability to only need to deal with refilling once a month.

I was looking for something this size for all my medications - I love the fact that I can remove them in sections so I'm able to carry a supply with me. The downside to this is I'm traveling for a month and was hoping to use this but the sections fall out of the base too easily. I should have considered one with a lid but I didn't want the hassle of opening one with a lid and this design looks nicer sitting on my counter. I've had this pill box for 5 months and the numbers are starting to fade off now - making it harder for me to keep track of my pills once they wear off completely. I'm on specific medication that I'm on and off during a one month period so I need the numbers to be visible so I can track my days off.

I bought one of these three years ago and after a few months, one compartment wouldn't stay shut. Over time it became two, then three, then four. I never used it for travel because it seemed so insecure but even just at home, it was a pain that the compartments wouldn't stay shut. I bought a new one four months ago, figuring I would mix and match to get a full set that would stay shut. BUT! They've improved the product and all the compartments have stayed shut so far. It seems like they've improved the latches - they are a little harder to open now but they stay firmly shut so I'm very happy with it. I like this pill organizer much more than others because of the individual boxes of four days, it's small enough to keep one box on my desk, then swap it out when the four days is done while hiding the big organizer away in a drawer. I also like the size of the compartments, lots of room, easy to get pills in and out. I've tried a half a dozen other organizers and looked at dozens more on Amazon, but none work as well as this one - I'm very glad they've fixed it so the compartments stay shut!

Love this pill container. I struggle with memory issues, remembering to refill a weekly pill container and then I get confused what week and what day I'm on. This solves all of that! Only issue I've encountered is that to open one day you take out a set of 4 days and that can be a hassle for some people but its 0.2 extra seconds and I don't mind at all given how great it is overall (note: it is not arthritis friendly in that regard and it also does not come with any easy open tabs or buttons to open the containers for each day so keep that in mind if you do have arthritis or are very elderly, etc.). The yellow is a visible nice color as well. And it has a container after the 31 day mark for you to store any extra medication (love that for easy refills for next month!) Overall totally worth the purchase and will definitely help you more than a weekly pill container. Very well made.

I like that there is enough space in each day for my many supplements, however, I could use bigger. I like that each day snaps shut tightly and they don't pop open. Excellent. My only complaint is that the 4 day sections don't snap into the base as tightly as they should. So when you pick it up, your hand actually bumps them up and out of the base. So to fix that, I secured a piece of thick card stock/mat board to the back of the base organizer. I used double-stick velcro stickies, but could've used hot glue gun too. I also gifted one to a friend who desperately needs this, but I had to fix the base before gifting. THANK YOU.
