I am a tech support for a community college and I carry two swipe cards, a prox card, and a digital key. Campus deploys various lock technology and I end up carrying so many keys. Anyway, I have to use two swipe cards a lot and this Frosted Horizontal Rigid 2-card dispenser is perfect for my need. Since one swipe card opens all doors except special doors which only another one opens, its the perfect match for me. The red extractor slide is the key to holding the card in place and two sliders for two cards allow me to extract the correct card easily. Since this is horizontal, I can just hang on my reel key card holder and extract the card easily. The plastic dispenser doesn't look and feel cheap but it a bit more nice than usual boring key card holder. The item itself is cheap but shipping costs more so I order a couple of various items from the same vendor to make it worth.

Just as good as the one from my company..sturdy product..will buy this one from now on..

Good stuff

Now after 6 months my badge holder broke, i'm kinda bummed. I thought it would break at where I attached it to my lanyard or the cards would just start falling out. Nope, after putting it in my back pocket and sitting on it all the way home every day, it cracked around the edges. A little tape fixed for the moment and honestly I'm probably just going to buy the same one. Just this time its not going to sit on it. So i'll say it again, If you need a badge holder with quick access to 2 cards, this is the best product I've seen. The sliders work great and my cards fit snugly. I still recommend this product, just going to knock it down a star since it only lasted 6 months. Note: Shipped from Florida and made in Germany. Shipping seemed to take a while, up to the NW.

I got one of these when I started at the University of Michigan in 2004. However, the one they gave me had blue sliders, not red. It lasted 9 years so far with everyday use on my keychain. There is a crack along one side of the holder on the end with the opening and it looks like it's going to keep spreading, so I thought I would replace it with this one. This one looks exactly the same as the one I got back then--same durable plastic. I keep my debit card and license in here and most people don't even ask me to take my license out to read it. It's great only having to grab my keys and go because everything I need is right there. The ONLY bad thing I have to say about this (and I've had it for 9 years now) is that when it is empty and you are putting a card in, it is fairly easy to end up with one edge of the card in the front slot and the other edge of the card in the back slot. Sometimes when this happens, you are lucky and one/both of the sliders will still push the card out. Most of the time, though, you are NOT lucky and the sliders don't do anything and you have to find a pair of tweezers to get the card out. Not so terrible unless you're always taking both cards out at the same time. Please note that this does NOT come with a keychain ring. When you put it on, make sure to put it by the open end so you can ensure the opening is facing UP while you're holding your keys.

I am very pleased with this purchase because it holds more than one card in place and it protects it while in constant daily use. Very durable.
