I used to make peanut butter. **Q: I want to chop apples to small dice but not mush. Will this work?** A: I have used it to chop apples, nuts, dates, and figs, put on chop and pulse until desired consistency. Do not try to chop so many at once as it will mush some of them before you can get all of them chopped.
