Review: Good solid lighted replacement to save a good extension cord - After several years of hard use in all kinds of weather and maybe being run over, the female end of my good extension cord broke and exposed the contacts -- not a good thing to have happen. It was a heavy duty 12 gauge extension cord so I ordered this 20 Amp lighted connector to replace it. In case you are not certain which wire to connect to which contact, there is an accurate diagram supplied. The connector has a strip gauge built in so you know how much wire to have exposed. It is well constructed and securing the three wires was pretty easy and the result is a safe, working, extension cord once again.
Review: Worked Well - Worked very well to replace a damaged outlet end. Made of rugged nylon so it's durable. Make sure to have a very well fitting Philipps screwdriver to tighten the screws. Not waterproof but certainly weather resistant. A little more expensive than other options but I think it's worth it.
