I spent a long time looking at replacement coffee machines, when my old one stopped working. I decided on this model & haven't regretted it at all! The design is nice & compact, plus looks great in my kitchen (black & chrome go with my other items). The detachable water tank is easy to hold & carry & makes for filling it very convenient. It's also quick to make a full pot & relatively easy to clean, although the bottom of the water tank is difficult to get to... But, by far the best feature of this model (and the reason I chose it over other, cheaper, options) is the insulated jug. I was tired of making coffee with my old machine & then going to pour a cup later, to find it was cold (glass jug)! Not so with this jug! It keeps the heat for hours, so I can make coffee in the morning for breakfast & still have a hot cup for lunch & even later in the day! Amazing!

Not the cheapest not the priciest, but in the goldilocks zone for me. Easy to see water level 360' in any light. Obvious 'on' button with clear light. No drip filter point and no drip insulated jug of elegant robust design, (all cheaper ones I've seen, drip on both). Instructions are simple. Quick top brew with optional slow robust setting. Keeps your coffee hot over 2 hours without burning it. Easy to clear. Descaling function RECOMMENDED

Functions beautifully - only thing missing is a timer for delayed brewing.

I’ve had a multitude of different machines over the years - I started off with an old filter machine then tried a dolce gusto and then 2 nespresso machines. The truth was, especially with the nespresso, I actually struggled to find a blend that I really liked which is why I decided to return to a make your own style brew. I’d also briefly considered a bean to cup but was put off by the price tag and potentially encountering the same issue again. That’s why, after lots of researching, I chose this machine and I’m delighted! I can make a brew exactly how I like it (which can often be different depending upon the time of day etc). I find that it makes it to a perfect temperature, easily as hot as my recent nespresso virtuo, and the pot keeps it warm for at least 3 hours. It’s neat, tidy, well made and very easy to use. It brews a pot in minutes and I love it. I’d also recommend purchasing a milk warmer / frothier as it helps maintain a hot brew and also lets you make your own frothy coffees if you like a change. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed.

We had the previous version of the Melitta Look coffee maker and it was great. It made excellent aromatic coffee. This new one is massively disappointing. It's interesting to see the number of people who have the same issue. We have tried adjusting everything. Using freshly ground coffee, increased amounts and less water - we still get a weak cup of coffee. Please don't get this expecting the same coffee as the before.

This was a gift for my husband and he uses it daily. The coffee stays warm for quite some time after being made. The machine is quiet and easy to use. It looks very stylish and is compact.

It was the reviews what made me try this machine, after trying a few others then realising the reviews where from people who had been gifted the machine, This machine makes great coffee you can taste the difference, it stays hot not warm for a few hours, easy to use. Had for a few weeks and would definitely recommend as the saying goes you get what you pay for

A bit hacked off with this. Described as programmable which I assumed meant you could program it to start at a certain time. WRONG!! Can’t see anything that’s programmable except maybe the knob on the top which varies the strength of the coffee. Bad description Amazon

Muy buena. Estuve dudando mucho entre la Moccamaster, la Sage Precission y una más sencilla como Melitta y aunque no he probado las otras dos, estoy muy contenta el resultado de esta. El café sale muy bueno, es muy rápida y la jarra termo estupenda. Hay que tener en cuenta el tamaño (es grandecita) y que no trae filtros, al menos la mía. La caja venía sin precinto y bastante mal.

Sehr zufrieden: sehr leise, Kaffee schmeckt hervorragend und Thermoskanne hält sehr lange sehr warm. Wir sind von einem Kaffeevollautomaten zurück zur klassischen Art. Preislich Top, kaum Wartung, weniger Verbrauch, länger Freude und schmeckt genauso gut. Wir brühen früh die komplette Kanne und haben so im Home-Office den ganzen Tag heißen und frischen Kaffee. Ohne Tresterbehälter leeren, lauten Vollautomaten mit hoher Wartung, Wartezeit beim Erzeugen, etc. Preislich und Qualitativ top.

Je l’aime beaucoup, c’est une bonne cafetière. Elle n’a pas d’option pour garder au chaud et c’est bien la le seul reproche que je pourrais lui faire

Inizialmente volevo fare reso perché non ha il timer poi facendo il primo caffè ci siamo subito innamorati della qualità è aroma che fa questa caffettiera, grande capacità 1.5 l , dopo 3 ore il caffè e ancora bollente , grande, grande aroma ,super consigliatissima !!!
