13 months since we bought and with limited usage. Two buttons stopped working. Of course no more warranty so expect to pay almost the cost of it to repair. Never heard of a water dispenser that got broken. Let alone after a year!

I purchased a Sure device from Amazon just one month ago, and it already started producing a terrible noise every time water is pumped. When switching between hot and cold water, the noise becomes even louder and unbearable. I have an older device of the same brand at home, and it works perfectly without any noise – which makes me believe this product might not be original or of very poor quality.

Works well but the ambient water is always cold and there is no child lock feature which is concerning. Edit had it a while now and when water runs out while pouring, if you don't turn it off or will keep running after a new tank is put in and it refills the reservoir.

Bought this dispenser as my old top loader bailed out on me. I'm glad i bought this as dispensing is at the touch of a button instead of the old dispensers where you have to continue pressing the dispenser button. For this machine one just has to touch once on the panel to get the kind of water one needs hot, cold or room temperatue and wait for the water to dispense. Single faucet means one do not have to keep shifting the container under different faucets to get the desired temperature of water. Bottom loading helps to save one's back. Piano Black color adds to the aesthetics of the kitchen.Price is a little steep but otherwise a truly technologically advanced product.

After one year of using the compressor started malfunctioning, causing cold water side to freeze. After contacting the maintenance they asked me to deliver the item and pay 75 dhs to check it. I still didn’t have the chance to deliver the item to them.. Overall not bad but it isn’t the best. Update: Now it started spilling water all over the place.

This dispenser: 1) Looks great 2) Has good flow, I can fill a 1L bottle in less than 30 seconds It was initially noisy, but the noise went away after the first couple of days. I think the pump needed some time to adjust or something. This is probably one of the best dispensers on the market.

The product slowly stopped dispensing water from each option. Now they want to charge me for a faulty sensor almost half the price for a new item. They had it over a week, they didn't collect the day they said they would and they have not returned it twice on the day they said they would. I am still waiting for it

We cannot get the room temperature setting to work and water comes out chilled. Has constant air locks stopping the water flow on all settings. Inconvenient to use as kettle etc doesn’t fit easily under to fill up. Bottom loading is a good feature but the negatives outweigh this benefit. Also doesn’t seem good quality and lots of parts to go wrong. It would be loud if kept in a main room. Would definitely not have purchased and prefer the very basic model this was bought to replace.
