I usually drink this tea alone or with green tea, but either way, it is wonderful. Not only does the tea smell good, the taste is quite refreshing. I like the taste, so I never sweeten it with honey or sugar. It's neither too sweet nor too bitter. I personally bought this because I read about the benefits of sage tea for hair. I also use the tea topically as a hair rinse. Sage tea is said to add shine and color to your hair. So if you have light colored hair and want it to stay that way, I do not recommend this tea rinse. I received this product in a timely manner and it was neither open nor damaged. I highly recommend this tea to anyone who enjoys herbal teas that not only have numerous health benefits, but also smell and taste amazing.

This tea is great! It smells like Thanksgiving morning in a cup. Whenever we feel a cold coming on or sore throat and congestion we pull this tea out and sip on a strong brew of it. it really helps shorten the duration for us and we definitely feel it helps with congestion. lightly sweetened with honey and splash of almond milk, is great added in too.

I find that sage tea encourages positive thinking, inspires creative juices to flow, and helps focusing and concentration so I am always on the lookout for it. This one is pure sage, works well but needs a boost especially if one has a so-called sweet tooth and enjoys flavors. I find that adding honey to the tea increases the flavor and thereby makes a great cup of tea without affecting the benefits. [...]

So far so good. Bought this for some medicinal purposes and for my hair loss. I drink one bag every evening and steep one bag to pour it on my head as a last rinse after shower (though i have only done the rinsing in the shower only twice or thrice). it doesn't seem to do much for my hair (though that could change over time, but i don't care anyway since this product is primarily for drinking). it has a really great taste with or without adding sugar (i decided to recently cut processed sugar and add only one tablespoon of raw honey to my drink once it arrived so until my honey arrived i drank it without any sweetners). It also smells amazing. I like the fact that it's all natural and organic unlike the typical blends you find on shelves that says it's all natural and god knows what other stuff are added to them. This drink definitely made my evenings as it makes me feel very relaxed. One cup of sage every evening with one tablespoon of raw manuka honey is a perfect way to relax, especially after a long day at university or a stressful night lecture.

A little strong smell but very relaxing and helps with digestive system, I use it to enjoy and medicinal purposes..just 1 bag is enough for 1 pot
