    A great product plagued by poor instructions, horrible printer setup, and only provides a TRIAL OF THE DESIGN SOFTWARE?!?

The only complaint I have with this product is that the provided software is only a 7 Day trial? That can't be right, I just bought your product and now you're telling me I can only design a name tag for 7 days? What a joke. Once you lay your design out and are ready to print, be prepared to get angry and frustrated again. Don't bother aligning it, I just suggest sacrificing the "Test Page" and manually imputing the changes you need to make because the alignment process it utilizes is completely worthless and doesn't print correctly at all. That said, once it's all printed out and you make your name tag, you'll be very happy. The product quality itself is superb and allows you to change it anytime you want. Unfortunately, software holds this product back a lot. The 7 day trial should be illegal...screw this company.

love it, nice badges. but the software is quite hard to understand how to print precisely, there is a discrepancy between the print preview and the printing.
