Pelpo Adjustable Weight Bench, Folding Weight Lifting Bench, Workout Bench for Home, Incline/Decline Bench for Full Body Workout

EDIT: Jan 21': The company that makes these reached out to me about my issue and sent me another bench completely free of charge which was awesome. The only issue is it was just a flat/incline bench. No decline option available and my kit was missing a bolt for the adjustment hook position to lock it in place. I made it work. The flat/incline bench is much higher quality that the multi position one and also has different logos on the upholstery. Sort of confusing but it's functional now with no fear of bowing againI'm 155 lbs and I'm building my own gym at my house. Now... this bench is incredibly comfortable to sit/lay on. Here's the biggest issue... the tubing that is supposed to support your body weight + the weight of whatever you're lifting is INCREDIBLY thin. I'm talking like a 1/16" thin. It's so thin that when I unboxed it I laid on it (155lbs soaking wet guy here) to feel how comfortable it was and it literally bent the welded tab coming out of the tube and crushed the tubing. Me being a fabricator, I'm going to rip off that piece of tubing and add something that's more suited for 660lb limit like some 1/8" or 1/4" tubing. The right person gets on this bench though with enough weight, it's going to break the legs and guillotine you with the barbell. For the money, if you can fabricate your own legs, buy it. If you can't, do NOT buy it because you're going to hurt yourself if this happens to you. The pins included for the padded support for your legs and also to stow it away when folded are also garbage, definitely would recommend something else. This company needs to read this and re-engineer how the legs are built. Why in Gods name would you make it with than thin of steel and say the weight limit is 660lbs?

I live in a really remote area, and I really do not want to take 20 minutes to drive to the nearest gym from my home. Besides, the membership in the gym is getting too high these days. Therefore I bought this weight bench, and hope to do some exercise at home.The bench arrived 90 percent assembled just like the page described. All I need to do was set up the footpad and fix a few bolts with a wrench. It is convenient and I like the way how the manufacture put different accessories in separate bags. I thought it must be a little wobble for a 6ft 220 lbs guy like me. As far as I am concerned, it is stable and safe after a few weeks of use. I will keep updating my reviews.

Product comes assembled. All you need to do is unfold and begin to use it. It seemed really sturdy and I was happy with it. On the second day I was doing a press with the bench in a horizontal position with 2 90 lb dumbbells. As I began to raise them the back gave way. Luckily I let go of the weights in time and only had a slightly twisted back. I inspected the unit and saw the the pin was out of the unit at an angle. Here the pin was barely screwed in! I checked the front and it was the same. I screwed them both in until they were tight and everything seems OK. So this is only getting 3 stars because of the poor assembly. I could have been seriously injured. CHECK THESE FOR TIGHTNESS ON YOUR UNIT!!!!

It is a good bench. One of my friends recommended it to me. It is affordable, like 100 bucks, and I used to think I was going to get what I paid for, but guess I was wrong. I sum up a few points, and hopefully, it could be helpful for other people.PROS: extremely stable and easy to set up AND assemblynot that heavy to carry around and easy to adjust positionsaffordable and different workout can be done in this benchCONS: do not like the way manufacturer use staples to fix the leather on the backrest In second thought, what do you expect from a 100 bucks bench? made from real leather? As long as it could do the work for me and stable, there is nothing to worry about.

I needed an incline bench, for I suffer from occasional vertigo, so I needed a replacement for my flat bench.The instructions state there are two pins included, they are supposed to be different sizes. I received two identical pins as shown in the photo. The pins I received are for locking the foot pads in one of 3 positions. The other pin is to keep the frame from folding up when lifting or moving the bench. This pin should be larger. The smaller pin will work, but it is not a tight enough fit, and it flops around and falls out of position when moving the bench. Rather than contacting customer service I used a standard bolt and wing nut instead of waiting for the correct pin. I had to use a drill to slightly enlarge the two holes for my bolt to fit.I like the way this bench adjusts compared to most others. I don't know how well the spring loaded adjustment knob pins would hold up over time, but I plan to keep it as it is in the photo, so that won't be an issue for me. I also like that I can rotate the foot pads up under the seat and out of the way, for I doubt I will ever use them either.The elastic band/handles are also well made, and a nice addition. I do not plan to use them on the bench, but am going to mount a piece of wood to the wall in our home gym with eye hooks at different height so my wife can use them when working out.Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase. The bench is well built, and sturdy. It has a high weight capacity which I will never come close to, but between my weight, and the weight I bench press, I would exceed the stated capacities of many of the cheaper weight benches advertised.The only cons are what I stated above concerning the pins and the modification I had to make, but also this company's blatant, shameless attempt to ride the coattails of a very popular fitness brand and app from the name, and especially the logo.
