My daughter is allergic to mosquito bites. I have tried so many products but this by far helps the most! It reduces the bite size quickly and helps relieve itching! It’s also a clear gel that’s easy to apply! Amazing product!

I bought this calendula gel a while ago but hadn’t had a chance to use it until today. My baby woke up with six large bug bites, which I believe were from ants. They looked swollen and irritated, so I applied a thin layer of the gel. Within about 20 minutes, I noticed a significant improvement. The bites looked much less inflamed, and my baby seemed much more comfortable. I was honestly impressed by how quickly it worked. Unfortunately, I didn’t take before-and-after photos this time, but if we ever need to use it again, I’ll definitely document the results because the difference was remarkable.

This is soothing and healing for cuts or burns. It did not work on a recent rash I developed, but can’t win ‘em all! I will continue to have this natural remedy on hand for any future mishaps.

This works very well for its intended purpose. I suffered a multiple insect attack on my leg after grass cutting which resulted in a large area of very itchy rash; it was getting worse and worse and washing the area was not working. I received the calendula gel overnight and applied it that morning. After 3 or 4 applications during the day, the rash visibly began to diminish until evening. By the next day, after an overnight application, the rash and itchiness was definitely less intense and is dying down. The gel itself contains alcohol, which is immediately soothing when applied to the irritated area, making it feel cool and without itchiness. The gel holds the dilute calendula against the inflamed area and keeps the application there even when it has dried, until you wash it off. This gets a full five stars from me for working so well and I will always keep a tube in my medicine cupboard.

At the initial visit with the radiation oncologist regarding my upcoming radiation therapy for Breast CA I was given instructions to purchase Boiron Calendula lotion and apply it twice daily to the area that would be treated. They said that it would protect and keep my skin moisturized during the treatment. I searched for the lotion but it may no longer be available so I purchased both the gel AND the creme to see which one I would prefer. I tried the gel first and it was cool and refreshing to the skin while keeping it hydrated at the same time. I think it would really be great after a hot day on the beach in the sun. It wasn't heavy and felt nice and light. Then I tried the creme. It too felt nice and light. It spread well and is absorbed into the skin without leaving an oily or heavy film. The skin just felt supple and well-protected. I guess I could say that I wished my skin could feel like that normally. I just finished three weeks of radiation therapy and the only side effect I have so far other than fatigue is a little redness and warmth to touch. No pain, itch, irritation, or tenderness was noted. I haven't tried it but I wonder if it could be used as a facial creme. If I could get that baby's skin feel on my face it would be wonderful. Try it, I think you'll be surprised at the results. I highly recommend it.
