i have used mine about 4 times and it set unused for 2 days and the sprayer works about every 4th pump

I also have a problem with the pump. It barely sprays at all and moreso just leaks when the pump is pressed. I do like the product very much though. A trip to local pharmacy and a new travel size spray bottle pump fixed my problem.

How long would this bottle last, cleaning a full face mask daily?

I can say I've had my bottle 2 months, cleaning a nasal mask daily, and I'm about 1/4 through it. FFM, I'd say probably a month or better. It only takes a spray or 2

Can this be used to clean the inside of the hose or just the outside?

Inside as well. Just spray in the tube, add a small amount of water, hold in “u” shape and slosh back and forth. No need to spray outside.

Can I add this product to the soapy water that I soak my hoses in (using rectangular sink basin filled about 1/2 way). Will this be effective?

You will not have to use soap with this product. I spray all my Cpap supplies every morning let it set about 5 mins and rinse. It works great!
