It arrived in its original packaging but for some reason the box was really out of shape. Otherwise the item itself was intact. I installed it onto my car the same day and it doesn’t overheat anymore and secondly it solved a lot of A/C related issues as well as my steering too. If you have similar issues like me, go ahead and buy this.
