I’m unclear what this means. Here is my experience. It has definitely Kept the water out. However, when I take the jacket off I can also feel moisture all over the inside of the arms. That bothers me. If I am wearing long sleeve shirts it adds a wet feeling to the shirt sleeves. This has caused me to believe this is not breathable. **Q: Some say sizes run large; for cycling I don't like a floppy windbreaker. Any owners out there 5'10", 170#, 40" chest? I'm thinking Medium?** A: Runs large. I’m 5’10” and 210# 46” chest and the large was very loose on me. Got medium and tiny snug in pits but fits great overall. Go a size smaller in my opinion! **Q: Is this a good warm(90°)weather jacket only for light rains?** A: Do not buy this jacket. The zipper is cheap and broke the 1st time I wore it. It was 1 day out of Amazon's return window so I mailed it back to Columbia for warranty repair. That was 6 months and I've heard nothing so I'm out the cost of the jacket plus postage. I will never ever but anything made by Columbia again. Horrible quality and customer service. **Q: How do you fold it up into a pouch like in the photo?** A: When the coat arrived, the hoodie was already folded up into the collar and I barely even realize it is even in there.
