OlarHike Resistance Bands

These are the best quality bands I’ve ever used! You can see how thick they are in my photos. These are not those thin flimsy rubber bands they give you at PT which snap easily. These have quite a bit of resistance as well and give a good workout. They come with a good range of strengths for whatever your fitness level may be and a book of exercises to use them. They’re very versatile. I like that there is a lower resistance I can use for PT on weaker areas and higher for strength straining. They can be used in your own home easily too! Add a little challenge with a doorway or chair and you’ve got a whole different workout! These bands are also very long so there is plenty to stretch out for various different moves. They come with an easy carry bag too. I showed them to my husband and he’s excited about using them too!

I did a lot of researching on different brands before buying- I liked that these seemed durable, and also come with two handles, a velcro protection pad, and a door stop The inclusion of the handles and door stop have made these bands extremely versatile for home workouts and I have loved this set. I have not used the heaviest 2 bands much as they are quite heavy for regular workouts, but imagine they would be great to use for pull up assists. I will mention that after about 2 months of routine use, one of the bands did tear -- but the customer service was excellent in responding and replacing the item. I would recommend and buy again!

As someone who is serious about bodybuilding at home, these resistance bands are the real deal. They are very thick and feel high quality. I use them in conjunction with dumbbells and a doorway pull-up bar to target tough-to-isolate muscles like back lats and outer pecs. As long as we are unable to go to gyms, this is a must-have set. I like that it comes in a drawstring bag, to keep things neat between workouts. I’m seriously considering ordering a second set to allow me to hold one in each hand to even double the resistance for some large muscle group sets. For my job in the entertainment industry I HAVE to maintain a great physique, and I’ve experienced very visible results from adding these to my arsenal in just a short amount of time. Hint: You will want to wear your workout gloves with these. Enjoy!

I ordered these for use with my in-home personal training business and have used them in a few whole body workouts so far. The bands seem to be of a good quality. The band guard also ended up being more useful than I had thought since you can also use it to keep the band loops cinched together which made them easier to use on some exercises which is a nice touch. The main issue I have with this set is the foam handles. The carabiner on the handles are way too small to be used on anything other than the smallest band. This almost defeats the purpose of having the handles since they are supposed to make the bands function more like the kind of bands with the handle built in. I would suggest getting some bigger carabiners if you need to use the higher resistance bands with the handle. It would also be nice if they included some sort of ankle straps as this would make them even more versatile, but that is just me nitpicking. This set will still give you some of the best value for your dollar despite the few limitations. If you are willing to invest a little into new carabiners and ankle straps then this will be the only set you would need.

I purchased these bands a few weeks ago and have used them about 6 times. I’m a runner looking for fitness training to supplement my running. I’m 47. These are great. Low impact strengthening without the worry of injuries that traditional weights can bring. Easy to transport. Use anywhere. My only comments (not complaints) would be: 1. Carry bag could be a little bigger. 2. Of the Amazon options available, I picked these bands because they included handles and the rash guard. Turns out I don’t use them at all. Overall great product. Zero complaints.

I am a bigger guy 6'3", 240lbs, been working out for 10+ years, and have used bands in my gym. With Covid going on decided to beef up my home gym. I have been using the green band as pull up assist, the red for rotator exercises, and the black bands and tricep push. The bands have a lot of stretch, and consistent pull. I bought these in March of 2020, it is now July of 2020 and my first band has broken, it was the black band. So far this has been the only band to break, and when it did at least it didn't slap me or leave a bruise. Time will tell if the other band hold up. Just for reference I am wrapping the bands around a pull bar (1.5" black pipe) and a vertical shower assist bar (1" diameter) with smooth finishes. Update: Contacted customer support, there is a 2 year warranty. They shipped a replacement once I sent a picture. Raising my rating to reflect.

I've been using these to train pull-ups, dips, and muscle-ups for about a month or so now. Have had no problems with the bands, they have been amazing! I train 6 days a week between .5-2 hours and I'm so surprised with these bands. They have really held up. The strength and endurance gains I've seen are insane. I was a little worried after reading some of the other reviews. But for the price of the bands, they are worth their weight. Extremely happy with this purchase, I definitely recommend for training basic calisthenics.

I was expecting some lightweight bands, but upon opening it and testing them out, these bands are super durable and feel like they’d last a while. These bands aren’t like those silicone looking bands, they’re really thick and feel durable like they would hold up for a long time. Came with a paper with some example of exercises as well as washing instructions. I’m happy that I made the choice to buy these cause it was at a good price and the quality was better than I expected.
