Is this product third party tested, to confirm the validity?

Not all life extension vitamins are third party tested. I looked on their website and couldn’t find any information on this. I just went with THORNE. They have NSF certified facilities & very high quality. If a company is wasting my time by not sharing that info, they are already off my list. Time is way more valuable than money to me.

It is hard to answer your question because I use it in combination with other supplements to achieve a certain outcome which they do. It is said that this product helps to reduce stress. I have had a number of stressful situations which I have managed pretty well. I have to think that this helped.

I've read black pepper is necessary for optimal absorption and effectiveness yet do not see it listed in your ingredients. ???

I have been taking Life Extension ashwagandha for months. I love it, keeps me well balanced with my own moods. I have never heard it needs black pepper for better absorption. I can't take black pepper 'cause it gives me a stomach ache. I don't think it's necessary. But, it's up to you.
