Taglory 2 Pack Reflective Breakaway Cat Collar with Bell, Orange

Other than my cat is stupid & constantly looses his collar this is a cute, well made,custom collar. We like it. I believe this is the 3rd time I have reordered from them. Even when the neighbor finds them in his yard after he mowed they are still in great condition.

I order this reflective cat collar along with a Pet Tracker. Reflection is perfect using a flashlight or vehicles driving by. Perfect size and adjustability. Good quality and material the cat didn't mind and it comes with the emergency collar detachment connection, thank god as she got stuck on a branch and broke away without any signs of stress. Found the collar later using the pet tracker. Very sight weight, solid material and like the appearance both during the day and the reflection at night when cat escapes.

The one-year-old kittens are too rambunctious for this collar. It was perfect for our older cat, but both of the boys have removed their bells by unwinding the wire (and we had to remove one of the wires from the kitten's mouth). They have also chewed off a good portion of the reflexive cat paws and chipped off the paint on the bells. I don't think the collars are capable of holding up to younger cats as well. Were I to do this again, I would remove the bell and/or replace the wire with a stronger keychain coil, and I would have put the kittens in the collars with the reflexive strip as I don't think that is just painted on like the paw prints. As a product, I would have the bells either colored with enamel or left unpainted and secured with a better wire that doesn't unwind. The breakaway is still good because it both breaks away and is not too easy to separate. I like the bells in concept, but these are too problematic. Original review: This is the second time I'm purchasing these collars as we just adopted two 1-year-old brothers. I previously bought one for our 7-year-old who had outgrown her old collar and ditched it. The previous collars we had were far too easy to breakaway and so our cats removed them often. With this set, the breakaway portion has teeth to make it a solid hold, but not too solid as one of the boys has demonstrated twice now when getting into tight spaces and snagging. The only issue we've had is with the bell. It hangs low enough under the collar (keychain ring attached to a metal loop) that the cats can get the bells in their mouths, and unlike the breakaway of the collars, the keychain ring is weak enough that it became just a sharp metal stick and the bell came loose. Luckily, I noticed both and put them out of reach before anything got swallowed or anyone got hurt, but I'm keeping a close eye on the other brother, who hasn't lost his bell yet. Our older cat adapted to the bell easily and has had no trouble. ADDED - Also, the bells are painted to match the collar, and our younger cat who did not remove the bell...yet...has been scraping this paint off. We don't know if he's eating the flecks or they are rubbed into the walls and such, but it would have been much better not to paint the metal of the bells. So, good collars, able to adjust to a large, floofy adult cat and two small yearlings (I bought the adult size to avoid outgrowing the collar a second time since the boys were already older). Only issue is the bell. If you have a cat likely to play with or hate the bell, it might be worth removing the temptation, or finding a smaller, stronger, keychain ring to secure it, which is probably what we are going to do.

I needed a collar for my tiny Pomeranian. This collar was perfect. It’s sturdy yet lightweight and fits perfectly. Added bonus of reflection collar should it ever be needed.

Nice and has a good safety release. Color is nice. Cat hates the bell but has aided in bunny retention as she is an indoor/outdoor cat.

I chose these collars for my kittens in the small size because they were small enough to wear, they had reflection on them, and they came in orange (as recommended for indoor cats by the kitty convict project). I made them as small as possible to start, now they're adjusted to the largest size. They wore them from ~14 weeks of age until they outgrew them this week, a little over 3 months on kittens that constantly throw around and bite each other when they play. They're rough on each other and their things, they tear toys apart. * The orange faded, but I didn't notice until I got new ones in the larger size. * The reflective portion wore down a bit, but is still reflective. * The reflection is great. It helped us find kittens hiding in the dark a few times using phone flashlights. * The nylon is fuzzy along the edges where it's been chewed on. In one spot it's frayed, but I don't think the integrity has been harmed at all. * The collars open by pulling them apart, you don't have to fiddle with any latches. * The collars never came off unless I took them off. * They were pretty easy to enlarge without removing them most of the time. * The bells were really easy to remove. I don't know why collars always come with bells, that can't be good for the cats' hearing. * The D ring seems solid, but I didn't use it. There's no rust on it despite one cat constantly ending up wet from not paying attention to where he's jumping. * Both of my sets have the rounded ears on the clasp, which I really appreciate. We'll see how this new set holds up.

Collars themselves are OK but the bells fell off within a week

I love the color is reflective, and there are two of them. My cat tends to lose his collar frequently, but so far the first one has stayed on well. He's pretty rough in tumble, so I would say the durability is great. I think these are a great buy for the features and price.

Die Bänder sind super, haben schon mehrere bestellt. Scheinen sich auch gut zu lösen wenn sie irgendwo hängen bleiben. Kam zumindest schon des öfteren ohne wieder Heim und wird ohne meckern akzeptiert.

Great product. I was worried that my cats would remove the collar but they’re very comfortable with it and they don’t seem to mind the bell.

Aunque viene para gatitos flacos o pequeños, se siente buena compra y resistente, se ve durara un par de años, no servira si su gato es talla grande o gordo, en mi caso mi gatita de 5,6 meses se adapto perfecta y con par de meses sigue bien el collar, buena compra creo.

Seems to work for my 'hunter' in that I can put bells on her to protect garden wildlife. I like the fact that it's a 'break-away' feature, that gives her protection if she gets snagged in underbrush.
