Yes. Whole milk would probably work best. It's unsweetened. It can be a bit gritty if not mixed with some fat. I used it for a cream cheese carob frosting. Post on how it turns out.

What is the country of origin for the Carob beans used in the product?

I just read the entire label and it does not say. Says is processed in NJ...
