the picture shows it is 16 fl oz but the item description says it is 25 fl oz. what is it exactly?

It is. 16oz with two bottles, so it’s a mistake on the description. You will receive 2 16 oz bottles

How long can this product be used?

I have been using for over a year and it still works great. I use it on the hard water stains on the outside windows. We have hard water and the sprinklers spray some of the windows and leaves a build up that only the Glass and Shower Coating spray cleans for me.

Can I use this on quartz countertops?

You can, but the product won't bond the same as it goes to glass showers, windows, ceramic sinks, porcelain tile etc. The product bonds molecularly to the silica sites in the glass. Quartz is a mixture of acrylic synthetic and stone. A better recommendation for the quartz is the Invisible Shield Glass & Surface Cleaner (2 in 1 ) product or the Invisible Shield Marble & Granite Cleaner listed on the Invisible Shield page.

Is this product really as good as advertised?

Yes. It does a wonderful job repelling water. Just rub off the dried spots every week or so.
