First, I agree with the reviews that say this dongle is touchy and loses connection when attached to an iPhone and carried around. That said, when my phone is stationary the connection is good. Second, the sound quality of the DAC in the dongle is fantastic when paired with a cheap pair of IEMs (for those wanting to know, Linsoul Salnotes Zeros - first version, not the second). The sound is superior to the Apple brand dongle. The Apple brand does stay connected when moving around. But if I'm doing something else while listening to music, Bluetooth earbuds are just fine for sound quality. EDIT - 11/12/2024 - I also ordered the USB-C version of this dongle to see if it could improve the sound quality of an old cheap Android phone. It did indeed.

Works great, easy to use, and sounds great

I have had to buy this item before. First time was from a different company. The jacks I received from the other company lasted me over a year. I use these to plug my iPhone into my car tape deck. I received the package quick, was given more then I had realized I was even getting which was exciting, however I plugged in the first one and it snapped in my phone almost immediately and I had to use tweezers to take them out. The second one worked for about a day when I noticed the sound quality was not good at all and it kept giving out. After about a week it stopped transmitting altogether and I thought maybe it was the car auxiliary cassette player so I bought a new one only to realize later it was the jack again. The third one in the pack so far has been ok but I know its only a matter of time and I am currently waiting for another pack to come in to replace these faulty jacks.

Two out of three have already stopped working. I got them like maybe the end of Sept and yesterday the kid said they need more because they’re on the last one. Also said the sound is not great.

Bought for my daughter. Lightning part broke off within 1 week. I guess it is cheap enough to treat them as a disposable part (as long as Amazon ships the right thing, which they seem to be having trouble doing lately).

These work really well, just wish I would lose them This is the second ir third pack Ive run through.

Use on my iPhone 13 Pro to feed to a mixer for a PA. Clean signal, no noise. Perfect.
