The real thin collar may show the Perky Collar a little bit in the back. Very few people will notice it since the Perky Collar is clear. The easiest solution is to wear a blazer and that additional layer will cover the slight exposure. 2nd option is to trim so slightly with an ordinary pair of scissors. The third option is not use it for the narrow collared shirts.Since the Perky Collar is an accessory and not yet a part of the shirt, it is most important that the Perky Collar be effective. More so than to try and fit every height of collar out there.The Perky Collar is a great tool but it is not going to be perfect for every shirt.
